My recent project: colour in my tangle

I made this on an A4 sized “manga-draw-paper”. First I made a rough sketch with pencil. I filled this with Derwent Coloursoft in red, pink, yellow and orange. I made the drawing with Sakura pigment ink pens 0,05, 0,3 and 0,8 and Sakura dual ID-pen.

Hello world!

On this blog I will show my paintings and drawings!

I love to paint, but unfortunately I don’t have enough space to do this. In the near future I hope to move house and have some space for myself, fingers crossed it will happen soon!

Drawing doesn’t need much space. I am very glad I discovered Zentangle last year and I get more and more inspiration for all kind of variations, like zendalas and experiments with colours, patterns and shapes.

I am not a certified teacher (CZT) but I would love to do zentangle-based workshops in the future, when I have a bigger house and more rest in my life (well, that last thing is what every mother will say at least once in her life 😉 ).

My favourite Zentanglers are Sandy Steen Bartholomew and Suzanne McNeill, but I only just started my discovery in Zentangle-land and I bet I will find more inspiring Zentanglers in the future!
